Project description: You are hired by the SCM Faculty Coordinator to move "stuff" of six SCM faculty from theirold offices on the 3rd floor (Hyland Hall) to theirnew offices on the 4th floor (Hyland Hall).

  1. Items include books, computers, printers and other miscellaneous items. Furniture such as desks, cabinets and bookshelves arenot to be moved.
  2. Unlimited boxes are available.
  3. Unpacking boxes isnot part of the project.
  4. Offices on the 4th floor aremove-in ready.

Tasks and estimated task times are as follows:

Packing and labeling boxes - 6 minutes per box

Loading boxes on dolly - 1 minute per box

Moving loaded dolly (1 trip) from 3rd floor to 4th floor - 25 minutes.

Unloading boxes into new offices - 1 minute per box

Moving empty dolly (1 trip) from 4th floor to 3rd floor - 15 minutes

Cleaning old offices - 10 minutes per office

Sprint meetings (face-to-face) -15 minutes per meeting

Work package #1:Pack/label boxes in old officeand load boxes on dolly.

Work package #2: Clean old office.

Work package #3 (in sequence):Move loaded dolly to new office, unload boxes in new office and return dolly to 3rd floor).
