The case study analysis should be at least 650 words, in length. The quality of the content will be more important than the number of words, but your submission must meet the minimum word requirement to receive credit. Please include the word count as part of your submission.

First paragraph. In Chapter 11 of The Leadership Challenge: Recognize Contributions, the subsection of Expect the Best (pgs 250-259) has three principles: (1) Show Them You Believe; (2) Be Clear About the Goals and the Rules; and (3) Provide and Seek Feedback. In this first paragraph of your case study analysis, pick just one of these three principles to discuss, provide 2-3 sentences on why this particular principle is so important (based on Kouzes and Posner) for Anderson to implement to help encourage the heart, and provide 2-3 *specific examples* of what Anderson can do to practice this principle.
