A recent survey was carried out by a local TAFE institute, to review their organisational digital strategy after the first year of online classes during the pandemic. The results showed that:

• 53% of the students feel that the teacher was not well versed with the technical aspects of a virtual classroom
• 72% of the students feel that the concept of the virtual class made them feel isolated
• 25% of the students were not asked to keep their cameras and microphones on.
