Case Study Consider a System Administration Management application, SAM. This application allows System Administrators to add, modify, and delete System Users. When adding a new System User, the System Administrator selects 'Add New User' from the Main Menu GUI. The Add User GUI is displayed. The administrator then enters the username and password for the user. The administrator then selects the 'Submit' button and the system saves the new user. When modifying an existing System User, the System Administrator selects 'Modify existing User' from the Main Menu GUI. The system displays a list of all System Users. The administrator selects the user they want from the list. The Modify User GUI is displayed and the information for the selected user is shown. The administrator then changes the password of the user. The administrator then selects 'Submit' button and the system saves the new password for the user. When deleting an existing System User, the System Administrator selects 'Delete Existing User' from the Main Menu GUI. The system displays a list of all System Users. The administrator selects the user they want from the list. The Delete User GUI is displayed and the information for the selected user is shown. The administrator then selects the 'Delete User' button and the system saves the new information. The system displays a confirmation dialog box and the administrator selects the 'Yes' button to confirm the deletion.
