The business was launched eight (8) months ago and Donna along with her team has been doing some serious social media marketing. However, the projected traffic that they expected to their product has not been met. Based on analysis of the data collected she realized that the majority of the traffic and sales that have been acquired so far is from the younger audience who are making inquiries and purchases on behalf of their grandparents. Donna decides to call a meeting to try to generate ideas as to a way forward.
