Case study is the Fox Islands Wind Project. Week 3 assignment for PJM 6135 - Project Quality Management is to write the Quality Management Plan. I have completed most of the other points. The only point for which I would need some help is the question "Define Quality Policy? What is Parent Organization's Quality policy?" I would need a few points related to the Parent Organization's Quality Policy with reference to the Fox Islands Wind Project.
