Case study ( Replenishment): You are working in the significant plumbing company supply. The company has the main counter ( Store) to serve the everyday walking customer and has a big warehouse in the back. Usually, because of everyday operations at the counter, bins need to be filled in full every day to ensure the best customer satisfaction, so customers can have what they need when visiting the store. Sometimes we find out that the bins are not full all the time, and replenishment is needed. However, we do not know if this is due because the warehouse associates pulling delivery tickets for customers utilizing counter stock to fulfill their orders or because there is a lack of strategy to have the bins full on the counter? The assignment is to: Figure out how we can better work together ( warehouse and counter) to keep our bins full.
