1. Your trainer will allocate you a role to play as a key stakeholder in the success or otherwise of Atlassian's commitments to volunteer hours and employee donations mentioned in the document over the past twelve (12) months. In particular the role play will address:

• consulting and communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure CSR objectives and policy align to organisational goals
• negotiating with stakeholders to integrate CSR practices into policies and procedures
• suggesting improvements CSR practices into policies and procedures.
