Case Study Strum, Ruger & Co

I need help forming an in depth analysis. For this analysis of the Case study i'm hoping you can help me with four main things.

1.) I need seven segments of the external environment to identify threats and opportunities in Sturm, Ruger & Company's external environment. And following i was hoping you can point out which threats might cause the greatest concerns for shareholders?
