Problem:The negative impacts on small family owned restaurants in Santa Clara County due to COVID - 19. We want to solve how to get these family owned restaurants get back on their feet financially

Why is it important to solve this problem?

Importance:

It's important to solve this problem as family owned restaurants typically don't have funding or insurance like the bigger named restaurants do during this pandemic. They don't have the same resources and it's most likely that the owner's have put their life savings into the restaurant and now that there is a halt, it's hard to find a way to get them back on their feet or be able to support themselves like they did before the pandemic hit. It's important to find help for these types of businesses as it's much harder for them to recover or even open back up.
