You are a Supervisor in the Locomotive Business. One of your team members, Tubby Chester, has a problem that negatively impacts his ability to do his work. The situation requires your intervention.

Tubby Chester is a $48-$year$-$old man who feels that he has a problem. At his annual physical examination, the previous day, his doctor informed him that he is $20kg\text{'}$s overweight. The doctor warned Tubby that he should consider changing his lifestyle because if he continues to put on weight, it could lead to severe health problems. Tubby acknowledged the doctor's statement as he realised that day that his dothes don't fit anymore.

His weight problem is also affecting his ability to dimb up ladders or fit under objects which is something he needs to do often in the workshop. He is now worried that his inability to perform his duties might cost him his job.

Tubby is convinced that he is fat and ugly and feels that people are laughing at him behind his back. He wants to buy new clothes that will fit but knows that he is going to hate it on sight.

Hils causes him to feel depressed, and the more depressed he feels, the more he eats. Tubby is desperate to get out of this vicious cycle but does not know who to speak to
