Company MI entered into a lease contract with Company CPP Properties to create a warehouse at the space owned by CPP As per the contract, MI can renew the lease for five years with a new contract at every renewal. After the first renewal took place, CPP did not changed the terms of the contract except for the fact that the new agreement included arbitration clause that required parties to resolve their disputes through arbitration process at CPPs region, at State CL MI signed the new agreement without any objection. One month after the new lease agreement, MI discovered leakage of water at warehouse due tow which its products were getting damaged. When MI complained to CPP the leak was corrected by it only after one month. As a result, MI suffered loss of its products, and it also had to incur additional expenses to shift the equipments to another location.
