Grading is required to evaluate an individual by five ranks with specified distribution from top notch A 10%, B:20%, C:30%, D:30%, to low grade E:10%.

a. Mr. Ito evaluates employees based on the superior's guidance to evaluate all 70 employees with "sales" whose weight is 2/3 and "test score weight 1/3. Use and report statistical notion such as the mean, standard deviation, percentile, and others to analyze. Show grade of ID 1-5.
