Cassandra and Jamal were working at a construction site and leaving for lunch in cassandra's personal truck. As they were leaving, cadssandra saw micheal walking down the road about 75 feet in front of the truck. As a joke, Cassandra playng chicken with Michael. As she drove ahead,Michael looked back and waved his arms as if to say come get me. Michael jumped back and forth, and Cassandra swered back and forth pretending to aim at him. Both were smiling and clearly joking around with each other. When they were about 10 feet apart, Michael jupmed to the left and Cassandra turned to the left as well. She panicked and hit the gas instead of the brake. Cassandra hit Michael before she was able to stop. Michael suffered a broken leg and filed a WCB clain.
