Chandler Joey And Ross form CJR cannabis, A corporation under which they will operate their business. Each of them on 1/3 of the stock in CJR cannabis. Chandler, Joey and Rose plan to be active in the management of the business. Chandler handles the business end of the dispensaries such as ordering supplies, dealing with vendors, payroll, handling the physical maintenance of the building, and getting the necessary business permits. Rose manages the staff, does all scheduling and handles all human resource issues. Joey is responsible for legal compliance and dealing with the state regulations. None of the three draw a salaries from the corporation but share equal in the company profits which are distributed as dividends to the three shareholders on a quarterly basis.
