Chanelle is employed by Kooky Katering ("Kooky") in Toronto which also has locations in Brampton, Newmarket and Markham. She asked her employer for a transfer from the Toronto location to the Brampton location to be closer to her family. Her employer just ignored her request. A few days later at the start of her shift, Chanelle made the same request again. This time her employer said, "No, and because you've only been here 4 months, you're fired". Chanelle is not pleased and is contemplating contacting the Ministry of Labour. In this case:

	a.	Chanelle's should not have suffered reprisal because she has worked there longer than three months.
	b.	Chanelle has no recourse because she has only worked there for 4 months.
	c.	Chanelle should contact the Office of the Ontario Labour Lawyer to pursue her claim.
	d.	Chanelle has no reason to be upset; Kooky has done nothing wrong.
	e.	Chanelle, as complainant, will have to prove that she does not reside in Toronto.
