"Change leaders need to be open to learning as much from exchanges as followers. Exposure to employees' feedback and reactions allows change leaders to adapt strategies and approaches in an informed and sensitive manner." This is good insight and I am a firm believer that feedback is the breakfast of champions. Those managers are change agents who do not pay attention to feedback will limit their abilities to succeed. Thoughts?
