A prenuptial agreement stated that the wife could not share in her husband's property. During the early years of their marriage the couple kept their businesses and bank accounts separate. Eventually, however, the wife left her job to work full-time for no pay in the pro shop at her husband's golf course. When the golf course ran into financial troubles, she cashed in her retirement plan and took out a loan to keep the business going. Now the couple has divorced, and the wife wants "her share" of the husband's golf course. What do you think the court decided?
