Chapters 11 & 12 discuss the police, their clients, and different approaches to reduce crime. There are numerous ways to engage the public and various in-person policing strategies that are effective. However, while law enforcement has done a great job at engaging the public in public, law enforcement still struggles to find its place in social media.
