There are several options for creating the Web site. The first wou ld be for NDAS to develop it inhouse on its own Web server and purchase an ISDN, T1, or similar access from its offices into an ISP's POP. An other approach would be for NDAS to outsource the Web server to a company that specializes in Web hosting (e.g., IBM) and pay so much per month on the basis of the Web site traffic, but develop and manage the content on the Web site itself.
