Boris and Natasha- Russians who work for Carson as pyrotechnic specialists and firework experts.

Facts: Carson is approached by Muhammed and Aisha at Carsons store in Istanbul, Turkey, to supply fireworks for their wedding. Muhammed and Aisha provide details on the display, delivery date, and location. Carson estimates the cost at $2500.00. Aisha thinks this is high and says $2,250.00 sounds fair. Carson replies, OK. You have a deal. I will supply the fireworks for your wedding on the agreed date. Carson proceeds to negotiate a contract with Dicks company in Texas, to purchase the fireworks for the wedding. Carson and ick orally agree to terms including:

(1) types and amounts of fireworks to be delivered; (2) a price of $1,000; and (3) delivery date, location, and transportation terms. During the process of making the fireworks, a mistake was made by icks workers who packed some fireworks with too much explosive powder and others do not get proper timing fuses. In addition, about 25% of the fireworks are not put in the order. The usual checks were performed at icks plant, but the problems not discovered. The shipment is sent a few days later to Carson. When Carson receives the shipment, he doesnt notice a problem because of how the fireworks are packaged. He accepts delivery and stores them in a basement where they get wet. A problem because wet fireworks can malfunction. The day of the event Carson sends Boris and Natasha to the wedding with the fireworks. After the wedding, the guests gather around and wait for the fireworks. Unfortunately, some of the fireworks explode, others fail to go off, and several parts of the display didnt work because of the missing fireworks. Questions:
