Charles was shopping at Macy's and saw a handsome black leather jacket that he really wanted. The jacket was way out of his budget range. He slipped off his own cheap coat and put on the jacket. K. Micky and Minnie often borrowed each other's bikes. One day Micky came to Minnie's house, and she was asleep. Micky knew that the borrowing of bikes had to be approved before taking the bikes. He decided to play a trick on Minnie. He moved the car off the property and painted in blue, instead of its original white color. When she woke up, Minnie did not understand why her bike was now blue. Mickey told her it was a joke. what if anything could Mickey be charged with and why?

L. Gina wanted to buy Larry's house, so she offered him her Pepsi Cola stock. Larry needed the sell the house quickly, so he agreed to Gina's offer. The face value of the stock was $350,000, so Larry signed over the deed, but he had a feeling the stocks were going to soar, so he thought he would really make out in the deal. Gina signed over the stock. The next day, the Pepsi stock rose much higher to over $450,000! Gina felt ripped off. She told Larry to give her the difference. M. Mary was at a party at Sue's house. While she was in the bedroom retrieving her coat to leave the party, Mary saw Sue's diamond earrings on the dresser. Mary picked up the earrings, tried them on, and then she placed them back down on the dresser. Sue's security camera caught the action on her camera. What if anything could Sue charge Mary with? N. Cindy worked as a cashier and a cook for McDonalds. She was working as a cashier and she realized she was very hungry. She was permitted a free meal if she was cooking and she did not need permission to switch positions. So, she switched to making hamburgers so she could grab a quick bite and then return to be a cashier. She ate the burger and went back to be a cashier. What if anything could Cindy be charged with and why? O. John wanted to sell his car, but he knew the odometer was funky. The mileage seemed to read about 25000 miles below what was on the car odometer. He told his friend that he would sell the car for only $3,000. He did not say anything about the funky odometer. His friend agreed. John filled out the title of the car with the current odometer reading and sold his car to his friend. Later, a mechanic informed his friend that the odometer was not working properly, and it was at least 25000 miles lower than the actual mileage. What if anything can John be charged with and why?

P. Molly did not like Jill. She threw a letter soaked in lighter fluid into Jill's mail slot on her front door. Then Molly threw a match into the slot. It lit the letter and its envelope on the floor. Jill immediately saw it and grabbed a nearby water bottle and poured it over the flame and stomped on it. Fortunately, the fire did not burn down her house and it only slightly burned the small rug by the door. What if anything could Molly be charged with and why? Q.
