Scenario: Mama Mia is a family owned caf located in Mandurah, 72 km from Perth. Its famous "Apple Pies" are baked fresh daily and loved by the locals. The caf enjoys brisk business and it is a popular spot for family outings and tourists. There is a small play area at the back of the seating area where children entertain themselves while the adults sip a cappuccino or Caf Late, relax and catch up on the latest gossips in town. Jerry, the owner feels that it is time to expand its footprint to Perth City. He is now in talk with the franchise owner of Coffee Club, Watertown to take over the operation and rebrand the caf to Mama Mia. As the newly hired store manager, you are designated to take ownership of running the Water Town outlet in 3 months time. Jerry has asked you to conduct a site survey and identify any operational and marketing risks in association with running the store.
