This reference letter is to confirm that Mindy Harris has been a tenant in the above property since 10/03/19. The rental property is a 1-bedroom apartment.

Their last rent payment was $1720, which was paid on time on 01/08/21. During the tenancy, they have been responsible and timely in their rent payments, which were due monthly.

There have been no complaints from neighbours, and the tenant has kept the property and its surrounding area clean and tidy. We will be refunding her full rental bond within 14 days of their moving-out date. I can confirm that the tenant was respectful, friendly and helpful. They made no unreasonable demands or complaints during their tenancy. Her pet dog has also been quiet and well behaved with no complaints from neighbours.
