Chlorine dioxide is used as a bleaching agent in industry. The gas is produced in the following reaction:

6NaClO3 + 6H2SO4 + CH3OH 6ClO2 + 6NaHSO4 + CO2 + 5H2O

The reactor feed 2000 kmol/h is a mixture of equal molar amounts of NaClO3 and H2SO4 (ie 1000 kmol/h NaClO3 and 1000 kmol/h H2SO4). This is mixed with 150 kmol/h CH3OH. The conversion rate of the limiting reactant is 90%. What is the composition of the effluent from the reactor?
