• Carefully consider corporate strategies and goals, HR strategies and goals, and the job description and job specifications for the VPHRM position

Support your responses by using relevant legal statutes and arguments, as well as legal precedents, from the text. In preparing for a debate, identify and address the opposing sides strongest arguments. For example, if you take the affirmative position, identify the strongest arguments for the denier side; address those arguments in your paper. If you take the opposite position, you must counter the affirmative position using the same mode of preparation.
