1. Choose a well-known public company from whom you have previously bought their product or service. Go to that company's, or specific brand's website that has a link to Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Twitter, and/or Pinterest. Click on the links and describe how that company is using social media to market its products. Evaluate its effectiveness in creating customer engagement.
2. Choose any market you are familiar with and pick two brands you know. Describe each brand's competitive advantage and your perception of each brand.
