Choose any ONE of the recent Government of Government (GoG) digitalization projects and focus primarily on their customer interfacing ONLINE order fulfilment business process such as at (eg. DVLA (Vehicle registration or license acquisition etc), Passport Office (passport acquisition), GRA(electronic filing of taxes), Ports (paperless port; exportation or importation of goods), NCA (Selfservice SIM-card registration), NHIS (digital renewal of national health insurance), Ghana Health Service (e-pharmacy or delivery of medical supplies to rural communities through drones), Lands Commission (E-land registration) and use object-oriented information systems analysis and design concepts to re-design the projects. After selecting one of the projects, (NB: No two teams must work on the same project) each team is to VISIT the responsible government agency, use an appropriate data collection method (ideally interviews together with document analysis if possible) to understand the project requirements and use the data to prepare the following: A. OVERVIEW OF THE PROJECT. - Project Request Form (Use the template shared in class. Include the SDLC methodology) - Data dictionary (Definitions of key terms on a separate page) - Introduction - Purpose - Feasibility Analysis (Focus on the technical, organizational, and economic feasibility of your chosen project) - Business value of the project (Both tangible and intangible) - Functional and Non-functional requirements (Translate your interview data) - Assumptions and limitations B. UML MODELS Use the following UML diagrams to model scenarios, actions, actors, workflows etc in the project. - Use Case Description and Diagram - Activity Diagram - Sequence Diagrams - Class Diagrams C. CONCLUSION. The final paper should be prepared guided by the following: - Paper should be bound (comb binding). - a cover page including title, students' names and index numbers - Paper should be single-spaced, font-size 12; Times New Roman. - Final work should not be more than 20 pages and not less than 15 pages. - References (Use APA format)
