2. Assess the risks and needs of the offender by completing the OHIO Risk Assessment System: Community Supervision Tool (ORAS-CST) on pages 105-109 (Figure 5.1) to predict the risk of recidivism of the offender.
   1. Indicate the offender's gender, the sum/grand total of all seven domains, how the score is rated (low, moderate, high, very high), and the percent of failures. (Refer to page 109 of your textbook.)
3. Identify the top three problem areas the offender faces that are most directly related to the previous and current legal trouble of the offender.
   1. For all three problem areas identified, state more specifically why that area is a problem for the offender.
   2. For all three problem areas identified, determine a long-term goal including steps the offender should take to reach each goal.
   3. For all three long-term goals, determine one thing a corrections officer needs to do to help the offender achieve the long-term goals.
4. Recommend appropriate treatment program(s) and probation conditions based on two models, which include law enforcement and rehabilitative functions - the Neighborhood-Based Supervision Model and the Criminogenic Needs-Based Supervision Model.
