Choosing a company of your choice, the report will illustrate your understanding of cross cultural management issues by focusing on: 1. A cross cultural management issue (something which the Organization has to respond to OR an event (some particular incident or series of incidents inside the organization)

2. A particular organizational practice (something the Organization does). Link your discussion to the Organization culture and demonstrate how it has affected the company's effectiveness in managing across cultures.

3. Provide a critique of the organizational practice identified above(whether right or wrong, good, or bad). Please apply at least ONE mode of framework taught in the course in your analysis.

4. Your recommendations to address the issue and problems. The recommendations must be dealt with at the corporte level across various cultures. Do not provide any funcational recommendations.
