Chose a country of your origin or the country you have a good knowledge of and create a report which recommends a clear fiscal policy/policies that can make a long-term impact on the countrys future. The policy should be a Marshall plan (not for a period of less than five years).

Your report should contain the following:

1. Summary - the major problems faced by the country in a nutshell.

2. Introduction the main geographical, political, and economic issues the country is currently facing.

3. Body of the report - issue/issues which need to be looked at in order to implement your Marshall plan. For example, the fiscal policy would give a comparative or competitive advantage to your chosen country. It could be a single industry that you are implementing your policy upon, or it could be several industries. It could be based on infrastructure, education, government services, or supporting the privatization of industries, etc.

4. Recommendation/ Conclusion

Please note: that your report should be addressed to the highest authority in the country that you have chosen. i.e., either the President of the country or the Prime Ministers Office.
