Chrysler needs to decide where to build factorles, how many cars to bulld at each factory, and how many cars to ship from each factory to each city. Each proposed factory has a fixed cost associated with having a factory in the location. There is also a car production cost for each cost produced based on area shown below. Each city has a required number of cars shown below. Additionally, Chrysler wants to provide an equitable distribution of jobs. So, each cily must have at least one factory within 100 miles and each bult factory must produce at least 100 cars.
