CIRCLE OF FRIENDS I think my classroom also has 2 types of organizational culture. First, it also belongs to Adaptive Culture because it also adapts to different situations, the best example is our online class. Before we're more accustomed to face to face learning but now because of the pandemic we adapted to it and had to continue our studies online. Second it also belongs to "Role Culture" because in a class we have student officers which balance and unite the classroom as one and each student has a role or responsibility to do for them CLASSROOM to develop cooperation to reach their goal to learn and graduate at the same firm
