City College has been created by the merging 5 previously separate colleges, each specialising in skills and trades, namely; IT and technical, building and construction, catering, hospitality and tourism, art and design, and business and commerce. The college campuses are dispersed throughout the city.

You have been appointed as the Director of Facilities for City College. A challenge you face is to improve the quality of provision and value for money achieved in providing maintenance services throughout the estate.
