1- Of the five conflict management strategies, which do you think are most likely to occur in a conflict between two unequal parties (e.g., a manager and employee)? Which do you believe are most likely to occur in a conflict between two equal parties (e.g., team members)? Explain your answer.

2- Think about the most trustworthy leader you have personally known or a leader from history, a novel, or a movie who earned trust from his or her followers. What do you admire about him/her? What do you think are his/her greatest strengths? What qualities attributed to his/her success as a role model? Explain your answer.
