Class members should act and work as if they were executives of a Canadian based company. They should choose a product or service that will be marketed in an international market where that company does not current operate. If the chosen market is the U.S.A., the product must be launched in a specific state and not nationwide. Students should plan and propose the creation/start-up/constitution of a company based in Canada that will have substantial part of its revenues from international markets.

A 2-page report and discussion with the teacher as indicated on the TLP. On the date (February 13, 2021 at Midnight) indicated on the schedule, all students are expected to have a preliminary discussion with 2 the instructor about the project. It will be an opportunity for students to receive focused input from the instructor regarding the direction of their project. The draft should result in a document pages long of written content (12 point font, in APA format. The plan should have a thorough description of the company and its products/services/activities and it must be coherent to market opportunities and characteristics.
