Classic enterprise network architectures centered around an organizations data being stored and processed in a datacenter run by the company, connected closely to onsite employees that were connected inside of a heavy security perimeter. The advent of mobile computing in the late 1980s began to break this stereotype with mobile workers needing access to corporate data and resources from home and on the road. Dial up and VPNs forced these devices back into the mold at the expense of usability and performance. Identify a product that provides this kind of security service. Use that product to generate a one-page straw man proposal to start a discussion within an enterprise network management team. Assume the team and its manager are well versed in traditional knowledge of network architectures and operations.
