This activity is the first in a sequence of two activities. Our ultimate goal is to prepare a worksheet that a painting contractor can use to estimate the cost of a painting job. Perform the Start-up Instruction. Extract the CLA02 folder from CLA02.zip and move the CLA2 folder to your M-Drive > CSE 148 > CLA folder. Then in your CLA02 folder, open Blank_File.xlsx and then select Save As..., and save the file as uniquelD_Painting1.xlsx. 2. Prepare a Documentation worksheet containing a title, author, date, and purpose of this worksheet 3. Create an Estimate worksheet to estimate the cost painting. 4. On the Estimate worksheet, provide: rows for up to 10 rooms that require painting. b. column headings to specify: the name of the room, the dimensions of the room in feet (length, width, and height), the square footage to be painted (computed from the dimensions - 4 walls and a ceiling), the labor cost per square foot, the paint cost per square foot and the total cost per room computed from the labor and paint cost per square foot. Use number formatting, alignment, and cell formatting options as appropriate to produce an attractive and easily understandable spreadsheet. 7.
