Client Goals	Plan to Measure the Goal
Reduce or eliminate opioid or fentanyl-related opioid use.	Have the client complete the Current Opioid Misuse Measure (COMM).
Identify, challenge, and replace destructive self-talk with positive, strength building self-talk.	Have the client complete the Countering Thought Log to recognize thoughts and experiences that elicit an unwanted response.
Develop coping skills to use when experiencing cravings or high-risk situations.	Have the client complete the AWARE (Advanced Warning of Relapse) Questionnaire.

Use the table above to answer the following questions:

1. Identify and discuss at least one quantitative measure to be used in assessing the client and measuring outcome.
   1. For each client goal there should be at least one measure.
2. Include a discussion of what is being measured, when it will be measured, who will measure, and with what it will be measured.
3. Discuss the quantitative measure's reliability and validity (psychometric properties).
4. Identify and discuss one qualitative measurement and the rationale for its use.
5. Describe how you will use it in your study and how it will augment (help validate) the quantitative data you collect.
