CKS paid $10,000 cash in legal fees to transfer the title to the land and building. CKS has a policy to expense all legal fees immediately when incurred. Required: Prepare all required journal entries for CKS for the year ended December 31, 2020, assuming that: a) CKS uses the deferral method to record contributions.
