Discuss a cloud-based application that you have used either at work or at home (email, cloud storage, ERP, etc.).

• Describe the core characteristics of the application and how it has impacted you and/or how you work.
• Explain the benefits of the application and describe the service model.
• Describe (to the best of your understanding) the characteristics of the underlying infrastructure and the computing environment.
