You will need to choose someone to conduct a practice session of asking open ended questions. Your goal is to discover something truly magical about this person. It can be done with someone you do not know, or someone you know very well.
Practice asking open ended questions and document/debrief (200-250 words) what you discovered. Consider some of the following:
- How did the conversation go?
- Provide an example of a few of your best questions.
- How would you rate your ability to ask open ended questions?
- What did you discover about what open ended questions create?
- What did you learn most about yourself in this exercise?
