COCREATE is a Greek family owned company that was established as a start up in 2016 and mostly works on digital marketing. It has 26 employees and most of them (~70 %) hold a M.A/M.Sc. Degree. Till now no kind of HRM processes have been established and the companys owner has recruited you as a consultant so as to define some internal HR procedures. The company has not yet invested much on recruitment, selection and training processes that are manly decided on ad hoc basis. In this current context, you need to embrace a more strategic stance and provide some initial and basic sustainable solutions.
