- Examine the case through the lenses of these two leadership models. What might you say about these tragic events in terms of moral efficacy, moral courage and authentic leadership? Adaptive leadership stresses four principles -foster adaptation; embrace disequilibrium; generate leadership and self-care. To what extent were any of these principles present? Why or why not?
