Hi, my name is Courtney Liston. I am looking forward to the different types of projects and readings in this class to learn about what I should look for to make whatever company I am working for successful an continue on that route for a long time. Looking over the project guidelines and the milestone one guidelines, I can understand that we are creating two scenarios for our company- a worst case one and a best case scenario. To start with I will review all the profile information a few times to familiarize myself with everything, then look over both company A and company B documents to compare them and use all the information that I have to work on the milestones and then the final project. For milestone one my first thing to do is gather the information that I think is the most important to start the scorecard for both companies. We need to look at both companies and make a scorecard based upon financials, their internal processes, what market or customers they may target, and also how they are learning and growing within the business
