The utopia of business environments might not be achievable in the real world, but that does not mean business owners have not imagined what their ideal environment would look like. Below is a short checklist of items I feel would constitute a perfect business environment. Keep in mind that some of these items may appear small in scope, or even insignificant, but this is ultimately my list:
Businesses can make minor mistakes, regarding the provision of necessary equipment and services, when servicing a customer without the repercussion of a lawsuit such as the involvement of emotional distress damages (Cummings v. Premier Rehab Keller P.L.L.C., 2022).
Administrative agencies cannot claim it has the authority to enforce tight restrictions on the environmental impact caused by businesses without first gaining the appropriate approval to do so (West Virginia v. Environmental Protection Agency, 2022).
When a rowdy customer is forcibly removed from the premises of a business, in which they caused significant damages to property or harm to other customers, the affected business may not be held liable for injuries caused to the rowdy customer. This includes physical and emotional injuries.
