Comment on any leadership experience you have in common or how you might learn from each other's experiences. My name is Jasper Brandolino. I live in California but I am from Oklahoma. I was in the USN for four years and was lucky enough to be stationed in Japan, half of the time in Sasebo and half of the time in Yokosuka. Since then I have fell in love with travelling as a hobby. I have now been to over 30 countries on six continents. My current career is a construction manager for a utility company. I work on large pipeline projects all over southern California. I believe I have significantly improved my leadership skills over the years. I think a small part could be personality you develop initially but leadership skills are mostly learned over time with experience and exposure.
