Realtionship and safety

Relationships and the feeling of safety develop and deepen each day when the people close to me spend time with me, and we build and create different memories and have an attachment. Also, going through different phases and emotions of life and still having them there for me is one of the reasons to feel safe knowing that there are people who will not leave my side in times of difficulty and challenge. These relationships evolved over the years as I grew older. I realized that we do not need to communicate and hang out on a daily basis, like with my friends, but we know that they are just there when I need them. But with this, we have built the foundation of friendship over the years through bonding, communication, respect for our individuality and relationships, and trust. There is already a solid foundation and strong connection with them, and the relationship won't change. For me, it helps me feel safe when I build my trust in people and spend time with them. In addition, the consistency of a person and showing genuine actions and gestures with each other What I consider a useful deposit to my emotional bank accounts are trust, respect, love, and security. These values are very helpful for me to have peace in my heart and mind and to have a healthy and stable relationship with people.

I develop relationships with children by planning activities based on their interests and executing these activities with them. Supporting and being present with them. Also, play with them and follow their lead during play. Moreover, I empathize with them and let them feel that I understand and feel what they are feeling or experiencing. I help children experience a sense of safety when I am around and with them, especially if they struggle and experience challenges. I am there to support and encourage them. Giving verbal instructions or words for them to surpass the challenge they encounter. Also, if they accidentally hurt themselves or get hurt, I am there to give them hugs and rub their backs to make them feel at ease. When someone grabs their toy, I am there to ask the other child to give it back to them or help them use their words to ask for the toy back from the other children. Also, give advice on sharing and taking turns. I think not all the time children are able to interpret what I intended to, but it is a work in progress to build relationships with them. I think past experiences influence the interpretation of present actions because they are instilled in the minds and hearts of every human, and every experience differs from the other. That's why we have to be careful and respectful to each person because we do not know where and why they act and react in their way until we listen, process, and understand them.
