When creating a team, it is important to have a team leader who can help everyone out, keep the team focused, and keep the team morale up. It is also important to have team members who have knowledge, experience, and who willingly share their knowledge, and/ or expertise. Having team meetings that can fit into the majority of everyone's schedule is important too. The meetings are important to see what is or isn't working, any updates or problems. If the meetings are held at a time when a good chunk of the team is busiest, it won't be effective. People will be arriving late, which then they will have to be caught up, which is time consuming, or the members may completely miss the meeting.
