Not all conflicts end with a winner and a loser. There are many different types of conflicts, and many different types of resolutions to these conflicts. In chapter 17 we learned about all the different ways a manager can help resolve a conflict. For example, a manager can have those involved in the conflict partake in a integrative negotiation. This type of negotiation includes both parties trying to reach an agreement by working together, both parties want to reach a mutual agreement with no winners or losers, this is a great example how no one has to lose during a conflict in the workplace. There will always be conflicts, but there doesn't always have to a loser!
